cartorque: vol 2 - ‘What’s Going on?’

Hello everyone, it’s Adam again - hope you’re all getting used to the site now, know your way round all that. OI thought for the second post to the site I’d do a brief update on what’s going on behind the scenes, just so you don’t think we’ve ‘done a runner’.

I wanted to mention some future projects, how they might look and when you may get to see them, as mentioned in the past volume of CarTorque we’re working on a story piece on French cars and why we love them begrudgingly - this was originally meant to just be a long form edition of CarTorque but as time has passed we have realised it has potential to be our first video release and so that is what it’ll be, however this does unfortunately push the release date for it back a little but never fear that only means we have more time to perfect it.

Now we do ask you stick with us in the journey of video format - as we may be pretty clued up on cars but when it comes to video production or even holding a camera we know… well nish! but that’ll only add to the character right?… right?

Once we get into the swing of things with the videos you can expect to see alot more of them coming your way, this doesn’t mean our written format will disappear or take a back seat we’re still putting all our effort into that too, at the end of the day there’s alot that can be said through words that wouldn’t translate over video.

Finally to wrap up this very brief edition of CarTorque, while we’re never going to release anything we consider is ‘bad’ or lazy or doesn’t represent what we’re setting out to do - we are also unfortunately a couple of writers with full time jobs outside of this, so if there’s a week were the topic doesn’t really appeal to your tastes need not worry something even better is right round the corner.
